For face #17 I painted from a friends photo she had on Facebook of her new puppy, "Bubba".. Isn't he a doll??   He was fun to paint with that shiny coat he had.

The 16th painting I asked an artist friend if I could use one of her photos to reference and paint her cute new pig, Wilbur!  He's soooo cute! Love this guy!  What a fun face to paint!

15th Face.. Feb 15,2013

15th face I wanted to try a girl with lavender hair.   Kind of thinking Kelly Osborne hair.  I really love Kelly Osborne's hair. She wears lavender well!   So pretty!

Day 14.. Feb 14, 2013 Collie portrait

My 14th face is my white sable collie, Gator.  He's about a year and half old and still has the puppy in him..   I'm always saying "Drop it, Gator" "Don't eat that Gator"  LOL.. but he has personality galore and quite the love.   He and my other collie, Gumbo are best friends.  I love watching them run and play together. What sweeties!

Face #13 collie portrait, Feb 13, 2013

For the 13th face I finally painted my blue merle collie, Gumbo.  I also do some photography and he's one of my favorite subjects to photograph.  He's so beautiful.  I've wanted to paint him for a while and finally did!

Face #12 Feb 12, 2013

For Face #12.. I wanted to experiment with a fun hair color and starting with my favorite color PINK! I  just love the color pink.. and love this pink bubble gum color hair she has and her beautiful pony tail.  Very pleased with how she turned out and painted her profile view so I could showcase her pretty hair.
